MiG - 29 "Fulcrum" is one of the advanced combat airplanes in the Russian Air Force. It was designed for gaining air superiority. Being one of the most advanced airplanes in the world, it has turbojet engines, possesses an advantageous proportion of mass and power, an excellent aerodynamics and a wonderful view from the cockpit. All the above characteristics make the aircraft the most effective in aerial maneuvers and you can feel the G-forces while your pilot takes you through a range of military style combat maneuvers!

All flights are tailored individually to each Guest pilot!
You'll be offered, depending on your physical condition, the following aerobatics operation and maneuvers:

  • Breaking the sound barrier
  • Bell
  • Roll
  • Loop
  • Split
  • Tail-slide
  • Climbing or powerful climbing
  • Diving or powerful diving

Turns or powerful turns, both by the flight instructor as well as you, the guest-pilot. You're an ACE.

This is an opportunity for the thrill of a lifetime; the chance to take the controls of a cutting-edge fighter aircraft so, you can occasionally maneuver this powerful machine under pilot's control and at pilot's discretion.

Your flight instructor will be a first class pilot of the Russian Sokol Airbase. Each flight is tailored individually!

There are two flight programs available for the MiG-29, which differ basically, in the duration of the flight – either 25 minutes or 45 minutes. A person can experience maximum acceleration during the flight which could reach between 7 and 8Gs with a minimum of between 3 and 4 Gs.

Please do not think that these flights are only for physically strong young men. We have substantial experience of organizing such flights for 65-year old men, as well as for women of all ages, all of who have coped well with all the different G-loads and loved the experience.

All preparations for the flight in fighter jet MIG-29 and the flight itself will take about 3 hours at Sokol air base.

Having a constant connection with the pilot will enable you to communicate your wishes or requests to modify the program or intensity of aerobatic.

You will also appreciate the pilot's expert handling in a very proficient manner. Upon landing successfully, you will be given personalized Certificate commemorating the flight and your participation, along with a photo-session with the pilot. If you have a flight book it will be recorded describing the flight in a MiG-29 military fighter jet.

Guest pilots must weigh less than 130kg (286lb) and stand no taller than 210cm (6'9"). Flights are available all year-round, weekdays only, except holidays.
